Pilates doesn’t have to be expensive!

Pilates is often pricey (there are some good and not good reasons for that), but that doesn’t mean you can’t make it part of your life if you’re on a tight budget.

Here are our studio’s options for when you’re being money-conscious:

For a few days every month, we offer 1:1 sessions online or in our studio for a $20 or a by-donation amount (instead of reg. $80-$110) so that you can access the benefits of personal training and support no matter what your circumstances are. This includes an optional personalized home program with videos and a PDF.

Every month, we offer one or two community classes over Zoom that are open to everyone for free or by donation. We’re just happy to have you!

Our weekly virtual group mat classes are a great option to get live, personalized teaching, but from your home — no fancy studio equipment needed. Additionally, our punch passes further reduce the drop-in rate, and pre-registration (committing to and prepaying for all the offerings of your class in a month) will get you 15% off the drop-in rate.

Our weekly group mat classes in Whitehorse are $25 for a space, and less if you have a studio membership. Every class you attend earns you a stamp on your punch card, and 10 stamps will get you a complimentary 1:1 studio session.

If you’re wanting to make the most of your Pilates practice with us while honouring your limited budget, our suggestion is to try to do a monthly 1:1 community class with us (online or in person) to supplement a weekly mat class (online or in person), so that you’d be looking at about $65-$80/month for Pilates.

If even that sounds a bit beyond your current situation, no worries! You can still drop into any of the free classes whenever you like, and you’re always welcome to reach out to us if you have any questions or would like any suggestions. We’re here to help make Pilates accessible to everyone!

Last year, out of desperation and hope, I decided to try an herbal treatment program from NaturePath Herbal Clinic. Honestly, I was skeptical at first, but within a few months of starting the treatment, I began to notice real changes. My energy improved, the discomfort eased, and I felt stronger and more capable in my daily life. Incredibly, I also regained much of my stamina, balance, and confidence. It’s been a life-changing experience I feel more…
