Weekly Group Mat Classes

Preregistration: We love it when you commit to your practice, and we want to help you be consistent and help you see meaningful results! Preregister for your class by committing to all of the offerings of your chosen class(es) for the session (6-8 week period or semester) to lock in your spot, and receive 15% off.
Whether or not we choose to run a class will depend on it getting a minimum number of preregistered attendees. Preregistration closes once the month starts, after which clients will still be able to join via drop in.
To preregister for your class, you can do so via our website or through contacting us directly. If you would like to pay for your class via e-transfer, we can send an invoice at your request.
Drop In:
Drop in classes are available to people who:
(a) are already Root + Reach clients,
(b) are newcomers to our studio who have done at least one 1:1 session/new client intake (online or in the studio), or
(c) have been personally invited by the instructor.
Because our group classes are progressive (in that they build off each other week by week), they are not typically a good fit for new people to jump into after the session has already begun.

Packages expire 6 months (183 days) after purchase and are non-refundable once they have been used for at least one appointment.
Your private session will include an individualized workout designed by your teacher to suit your needs and goals, along with the option to have a personalized home Physitrack program that includes videos and exercise instructions.
To purchase a package and apply it to your bookings:
Scroll to the bottom of this page to set up your package. Once you purchase the package, you will receive a receipt via email with your new discount code for you to apply toward your class booking at the time of booking/checkout. You can arrange to purchase a package using e-transfer on request.
