New clients are welcome to book in using the "new client intake" booking option.

While new clients are welcome to book their first appointment via the regular booking calendar, if you are looking for recurring spots of your preference on a long-term basis, the best way to do that is to fill out the new client intake request form, especially if you want to work with a specific teacher or if you have a certain timeslot in mind.

If you are looking to join a group class, please refer to our group class descriptions to get a sense of which class will be a good fit for you. Pilates Reset (online only), Kind Movement (online only), Reset + Restore, and Pilates Roots are suitable for newcomers and gentle movers.
