"I'm New To Your Studio... Where Do I Start?"

Welcome! We're happy to have you here, and we'd love to have you try out classes with us!

Here is what we recommend:

You can get to know us and ask any questions you like in person, over Zoom, or over the phone.

2. An initial assessment and movement session (60 minutes) (online || in person)

It’s important to us that your Pilates workouts are 100% tailored to your unique body and needs. Every person is different, and your workout should be as unique as you are! Whether you are looking to use Pilates to help with chronic pain, you’re cross-training for a sport or event, or anything in between, we’re here to help you reach your goals!

In your first session, we’ll go over your health history forms together and discuss your goals. If you’re new to Pilates, we’ll build your foundation with the basics. We’ll figure out what movements and intensities suit your body and brain, what you may benefit from working on and what you enjoy.

From there, we can work together to sort out if you’d like to keep doing 1:1 sessions, and if so, how frequently and for how long. We have a lot of great package and membership options. We also teach a few group mat classes a week (both online and in person) that you may enjoy joining, especially now that you have a solid foundation and we know what accommodations and adaptations your body can use.

We see the most value in 1:1 Pilates sessions and that’s what we focus on in our little studio; however, we also know that not everyone can afford regular personal training. If that’s your situation, we’ve got you! Stay tuned for an upcoming post on doing Pilates with us if you're on a limited budget.
