Frequently asked questions during registration
1. Can I switch into a new class?
Not until the advance registration window has closed for currently enrolled clients. We won’t know how many spaces are actually available in all the classes until then.
2. When and how do I pay for my class?
If you book yourself in, you can pay via card at that time. If you would like us to book you in, then we can charge the card on file for you, or we can send you an invoice to pay via e-transfer at your request.
3. If someone filled in for me during this most recent semester, when will I see my refund?


We issue refunds at the end of the semester.
4. I’m going to be away. Can I miss some dates or only book certain dates?
No.
We are currently taking enrolment for the full semester. If you will miss more than 2-3 consecutive weeks of your chosen class, please do not register. If you want to attend occasionally, please do not register and instead wait to see if drop-in spaces open once the preregistration period has closed.
5. Can I share my space with someone else?
No.
6. What are the class dates and what is the cost?

8. I don't see the online class registration option! Where is it? Is it full?
We don't add the online class registration until the in-person registration is complete, because we need to know if there will be enough in-person attendance to justify adding an online option.
