Weekly Group Class Schedule

Our studio teaching hours are 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Tuesday-Friday, and our administration hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday-Friday. We can be booked for private and duet sessions during those hours, virtually or in person.

This list includes our in-person studio group matwork classes and our Zoom group matwork classes, which are available worldwide. All times are in YST.

 

If you are are new to our in-person Whitehorse studio, we require you to do at least one 1:1 initial assessment before joining a group matwork class. If you are an online client, we do not require you to do an initial 1:1 session, but we do encourage it, if possible. Drop-in booking for group classes closes 24 hours before your appointment; however, if you'd like to join us for a virtual group class on shorter notice, just get in touch!

Monday

  • 8:00 a.m. Sunshine Pilates (Zoom class; 45 minutes) - On hiatus; may return to the schedule with enough request

  • 6:30 p.m. Grounding Pilates Flow (Whitehorse, 2nd Avenue Studio; 60 minutes)

Wednesday

  • 7:00 a.m. Rise + Thrive (Whitehorse, In-Person at our 2nd Avenue Studio; 60 minutes)

  • 7:00 a.m. Rise + Thrive (Blended Zoom/In-Person class; 60 minutes) - starting October 2022

Friday

  • 10:45 Pilates for Seniors (Whitehorse, In-Person at our 2nd Avenue Studio) - full with waitlist

  • 12:00 p.m. Energy Mat (Whitehorse, In-Person at our 2nd Avenue studio) - full with waitlist

  • 12:00 p.m. Energy Mat (Blended Zoom/in-person class; 60 minutes)

Tuesday

  • 6:30 p.m. Pilates Reset (Zoom class; Community Class; 45 minutes)

Thursday

  • 9:00 a.m. Rise + Thrive  (Zoom class; 60 minutes)
